Please read the following, then scroll down to access the 3 forms we need you to complete.
As a speaker, you are a the most critical element of our plans for the GCEP Annual CME Meeting. Our accreditation, funding and attendance are all hinged on you.
As a measure of outcomes has become the focus of providing Continuing Medical Education, note the following single question that will appear on the attendees' evaluation
forms regarding your presentation. Because of what I have learned at this CME Activity, I will make the following 3 changes/updates in my practice.
90 days after the activity is completed, GCEP will return the attendees' responses to them and ask them to follow up with us on if they indeed made those changes/updates and if not, why not?
The compiled evaluation results will be submitted, as required, to our accredited Joint Sponsor and used to plan the next year's meeting.
Now, please take the time to complete the following forms and requests by the listed deadlines. Please take particular care in preparing your supplement handouts, which will be provided to the attendees upon request to the attendees on CD after the activity.
