GENERAL INFORMATION
This three day meeting will take place from Sunday, June 3 through Wednesday, June 6. It is being held at The Westin Hilton
Head Resort & Spa in Hilton Head Island, SC. The meeting will include CME lectures from approximately 8:00AM to 1:00PM on
Monday and Tuesday mornings and 8:00AM to 11:00AM on Wednesday. There will a Monday evening Cocktail Reception from 6:00PM to
7:30PM and an Outdoor Beach Dinner Party on Tuesday starting at 6:30PM. The Tuesday Night Beach Party is open to all meeting
attendees and their families.
If you are unable to attend the whole meeting, one day registration is available for each day.
