RE: GCEP Bylaws Revision To All Members:
At our annual business meeting this June on
Hilton Head Island, we will consider a revision to our current Bylaws. It
will be presented for discussion and a vote for approval. After we adopt
this revision, it will then need to be accepted by the ACEP Board of
Directors. It has, however, already been approved by the ACEP Bylaws
Committee. This revision was prompted by a requirement to adhere to the ACEP Model Chapter Bylaws, clarify previous portions of our Bylaws and more accurately reflect our practices. You can find all of the pertinent documents by clicking on the three links below.
