In
order to deliver a successful exhibit show, the following guidelines have
been established by the Crowne Plaza Resort, Hilton Head Island. It is for your benefit that all information is provided
to the Resort in a timely manner.

Packages will be accepted three (3)
working days before the meeting.

All Exhibits will be in the center of the
exhibit hall on Thursday, June 12, 2008.

IF YOU HAVE A BOX OVER 100 LBS, PLEASE CALL THE CROWNE PLAZA FOR
SHIPPING INFORMATION.

Due
to the limited amount of storage space and receiving capabilities, the
Resort is unable to accept more than 20 parcels per conference and none
that exceed 100 pounds. For packages that exceed these perimeters, the
Resort recommends the following drayage company:

Packages are received on a first arrival basis. Any parcels that exceed
the Resort’s receiving perimeters will incur a $10.00 per box
handling/storage fee and will be billed to you.

The
Resort reserves the right to refuse any boxes which may be labeled
unclearly and inaccurately, appear damaged or tampered with, or are in
excess of our limited storage/weight guidelines.
A LA CARTE & ETC.

In
order to preserve the integrity of the Resort and to comply with local
fire codes, all signage, displays, or decorations and their set-up are
subject to approval by the Resort and applicable fees will be assessed.
No pins, tape, or nails may be used to affix any items to the walls or
fixtures of the facility. All signage must be professionally printed at
your own expense.

Attached is an A La Carte menu of items available to you at the GCEP &
EDBA conference. All requests must be provided 14 days prior to the
event. Requests received after that time will incur additional
charges.

You
will be responsible for all additional exhibit-related expenses,
including charges from the A La Carte menu.
