PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY Please follow through with the entire registration process whether you are paying by credit card or by check. You are not registered until you have completed the billing information page and reach the page that provides your order confirmation number.
There are 3 different Exhibitor Levels: Platinum - $3500, Gold - $2500, and Silver - $1500. CLICK HERE FOR PATRON LEVEL BENEFITS. If your company cannot display at the meeting, but would like the company name to appear in the program as a supporter, please select the "Program Only" option in the drop-down menu.
You will also have the opportunity to support the program by hosting a continental breakfast, coffee break or another event. Please check the box next to the statement "Yes, I will be exhibiting AND want to support the program in another way" in the form below. ***PLEASE NOTE*** * All Tournament fees are the responsibility of the player. Fees may be charged to your hotel room.
** Platinum Patrons receive 4 tickets to the Beach Party/Dinner. Gold Patrons receive 2 tickets. Extra tickets can be purchased at any time from this page separate even after you've registered for the meeting. If registering AND purchasing tickets, complete the registration portion, "Add to Shopping Cart", and then from the shopping cart click "Continue Shopping" to return to this page so you can select the number of extra tickets you need.
